All our life, we have read in books and heard our elders say that to lead a healthy life one should exercise regularly. Often perceived as a problem strictly for the older population Heart Diseases are more common in adolescents and young adults than most people realize – it can affect anyone, at any age. • The American Heart Association recommends at least 30minutes of moderate-intensity activity for up 4-5 days a week.
• These activities with time can be paired with high-intensity muscle-strengthening activity for at least 2 days a week.
• In case you have been diagnosed with High Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure to control these risk factors choose a target time of at least 40 minutes.

• For people with High Blood Pressure, your blood pressure is lowered. Any kind of exercise will prevent you from getting high blood pressure.
• While exercising, Inflammation causing stress hormones from your body is lowered. Inflammation can easily damage the arteries supplying oxygen and nutrients to the heart muscle.
• There will be a rise in the good cholesterol referred to as High-Density Lipoprotein.
• In our bloodstream, there is “triglycerides” that comes from eating oil and butter. This form of fat is not something our body needs, but the number of Triglycerides can be lowered with regular exercise.
