Winter has come!!! The temperature at Delhi dropped to 5degrees this morning and like most of my fellow humans, all I could think of every hour of the day was a cup of some hot beverage to keep me going through the day. The tip of my fingers is numb as I type this article but I it will be an injustice if I don’t share with you some of the interesting facts about mulled wine. 1. Reduce the risk of Cardiovascular Diseases: Among one of the ingredients of Mulled of Wine is nutmeg. Loaded with antioxidants, a glass of wine helps increase the levels of good cholesterol further preventing clogged arteries and heart diseases.
